The Argentine Network for International Cooperation, consists of non-governmental, non-partisan, and non-profit organizations that seek to transform the social reality of Argentina through collective action.

It is a group of Argentine civil society organizations (CSOs) that promotes and encourages International Cooperation in its three levels: state to state; foreign state to local CSOs, and foreign CSOs to local CSOs. The objective is to promote human, economic, social, and political development and the environmental care of the country.

Among its main objectives, the RACI looks to develop and optimize the capacities and resources of the CSOs, through the strengthening of their capacities and the collaboration among institutions to capitalize the international cooperation opportunities. Furthermore, RACI aims to serve the International Cooperation Agents as a trustworthy and valid source of information, through the civil society organizations, that have expansive work and in-country experience in solving diverse problems.

RACI aims to create a space for dialogue and exchange, not only among the CSOs that are members of the network, but with all the stakeholders involved in the International Cooperation process, to impact actions, activities and programs.

Because of this, RACI has strategic alliances with key agents of the International Cooperation: Embassies, Foreign Representations, Cooperation Agencies, Multilateral Organisms, International Foundations, Universities, Centers of studies and research and Think Tanks at the national and international level.
