RACI disposes an open, transparent, objective and accessible membership mechanism for those civil society’s organizations that wish to be incorporated as members of the Net. Throughout the membership, RACI seeks to maintain its thematic and geographic diversity, contemplates the different development levels within the civil society’s organizations and works for a more transparent and efficient management.
